Practical help, one job at a time

Every engagement starts with the work that costs you the most time. These are the four kinds of help we offer, and you can start with just one.

Map

Find where AI helps most

The problem
You know AI could help, but not where to start, and you don’t want to pay for experiments that go nowhere.
What we'd set up
A short review of how work moves through your business: emails, documents, spreadsheets and hand-offs. We list the jobs worth automating, the ones that aren’t, and what each would take.
What you provide
An hour or two with you and anyone who does the day-to-day work, and a look at the tools you already use.
How it works
One conversation, a walk-through of the real work, then a written plan in plain English.
What it can mean for you
A clear first step you can judge for yourself, with an honest estimate of the time it could free up.

Automate

Take the busywork off your plate

The problem
Hours go into reading email, keying invoices into the books, copying order details between systems, and chasing replies.
What we'd set up
Assistants that read, sort and draft: inbox triage with draft replies, invoice and form reading, data entry into Excel or your system, and follow-up reminders. Anything important waits for your approval.
What you provide
Access to the accounts involved, examples of the work, and someone who can check results during the pilot.
How it works
We build one workflow, run it alongside your current process, and adjust it until you trust it.
What it can mean for you
Fewer hours on repetitive work, fewer typing mistakes, and follow-ups that go out on time.

Connect

Make your tools work together

The problem
Your information lives in several places (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, QuickBooks or Quicken, a CRM) and people move it by hand.
What we'd set up
Connections between the tools you already pay for, using Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and their automation features where they fit. Where useful, a searchable assistant over your own documents.
What you provide
Admin access, or a person who has it, and a list of the systems involved.
How it works
We map what should flow where, connect one path at a time, and test each one with real data.
What it can mean for you
Information entered once and available where it’s needed, and answers found in seconds instead of searches through folders.

Adopt

Get your team comfortable with AI

The problem
Some people avoid AI, others use it without guardrails, and nobody is sure what is allowed.
What we'd set up
Hands-on training built around each role’s actual tasks, and a short, plain set of rules for what AI can see and what needs a human check.
What you provide
Time with your team, and a few examples of the work they do.
How it works
Short sessions, practical exercises, and a follow-up to answer the questions that come up once people start.
What it can mean for you
A team that uses AI with confidence, and clear rules that protect your customers and your data.

These are the services we offer as a new practice. We’ll tell you plainly if something you need is outside what we do well.
