Your details, plainly

What we collect

Only what you type into the inquiry form: your name, work email, company, the topics you tick, and any message, phone number or timing you choose to add.

Why

To reply to your inquiry and, if you want to go ahead, to arrange a call. We don’t sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

The form is delivered by Formspree, a form service, which passes your message to Rich’s business email account. Both keep a copy as part of delivering it.

If you become a client

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We keep only Stripe’s reference to each payment.

Client account and project records are stored with Supabase, a secure cloud database, and in our Microsoft 365 account. Records older than 180 days are moved out of Supabase into our Microsoft 365 records archive.

How long we keep it

Inquiries: as long as we need them to respond and follow up. Ask us at any time and we’ll delete yours.

Client records are kept as long as we need them for the work and for business and tax records.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and its fonts are stored on our own site rather than loaded from Google.
