How we work
Small steps you can check
We start with one job, prove it on your real work, and only then build more.
- 01
Call
A free 30-minute conversation about where time goes in your business and what you’d like to change.
- 02
Map
We look at the real work and write a short plan: what to automate first, what it needs from you, the cost, and the time we expect it to save.
- 03
Pilot
We build one workflow and run it alongside how you work today. You check the results. We adjust until it’s right.
- 04
Grow
We keep what works, add the next job, and train your team so the business isn’t dependent on us.
Ground rules
Human approval
Anything sent to a customer, anything that moves money and anything that changes records waits for a person.
Least access
AI only sees what a job needs. We write down what it can reach and review it with you.
Written scope
Every piece of paid work has a written plan first: what’s included, what isn’t, and what it costs.
Measured, not guessed
We time the job before and after, so you can judge the result yourself.
Common questions
What does it cost?
It depends on the work. The first call is about your business, not price. Once we understand the job, you get a written plan with the price before anything starts.
Is my data safe?
We work inside your own accounts where possible, give AI access only to what each job needs, and write down who can see what. We never ask for passwords by email. We set up access with you.
Which tools do you work with?
Mostly the ones businesses already have: Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Teams), Google Workspace, and common business apps. If you use something else, ask. We’ll say honestly if it’s a fit.
How long does it take?
It depends on the job and on how quickly we can get access and test with real work. Your written plan includes a timeline before anything starts.
What if AI gets something wrong?
That’s why a person approves anything that matters. We also test each workflow on your real work before relying on it, and keep a simple way to switch it off.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You need to know your business. We handle the setup and explain everything in plain English.
Will this replace my staff?
The aim is to take the repetitive parts off people’s plates so they can spend time on customers and decisions. How you use that time is your call.
